We are excited to not only begin prepping tulip bouquets for Mother’s Day, but also to open our store for self-serve walk-up sales this Thursday! We’ll have plenty of seedlings for sale, along with the first asparagus of the season! Walk-up hours this week are Thursday/Friday 2pm - 6pm and Saturday 11am - 3pm. Since we are self-serve this time of year, we are working on a way to take credit card payments using your smartphone. However, if you are not a Barrett’s Bucks member please plan to bring exact change or a check while we are sorting this out. We are including prices below to help with your planning.
While we will have several items available for walk-up sales this week, if you want tulips for Mother’s Day, online orders are the only way to get them! We’ll have 3 pick-up options this week. For pick-ups on Thursday, May 9th 2pm - 6pm and Saturday, May 11th 11am - 3pm you’ll be able to order flowers, as well as items like mushrooms or asparagus. Pick-ups for Sunday, May 12th, 9am - noon are for tulips only (in case you don’t have a place to hide your Mother’s Day flowers!). If you would like to order other items like seedlings, mushrooms or asparagus, you must make a separate order to pick up Thursday or Saturday. Orders for all three days will open tonight (Monday, May 6th) at 6pm. If you are ordering for Thursday afternoon pick-up, the online store will close at 6am Thursday. If you are ordering for Saturday or Sunday pick-up, those will close Friday at 6am.
