We are looking for a few more energetic and enthusiastic people to join our team! There is the possibility of combining different part-time positions for the right person. For details about each position, please click on the link.

Weekend Greenhouse Waterer (part-time, starting in March)

Assistant Grower (full-time April - November)

Shopkeeper (part-time, starting early June)

Field Crew (part-time and full-time available, starting late April/early May)

About Barrett’s Mill Farm

Barrett's Mill Farm is a certified organic vegetable, fruit and flower farm located on 15 acres of town-owned land in Concord, Massachusetts. We sell the majority of our produce through our farm stand and our 200-member CSA. As part of our community-oriented goals we also provide free CSA shares to a local non-profits, donate produce to food pantries weekly, have a sliding scale for our CSA, and offer reduced price memberships as part of the SNAP/HIP program.
