We will open for online pre-orders today at 6pm for pick-up Thursday, March 28th, from 3pm-6pm. Ordering will close Wednesday at 8am. In addition to our certified organic high tunnel-grown spinach we will have a limited amount of our own autumn frost squash, garlic, and popcorn (on the cob). We also have honey from bee hives on the property, Fat Moon mushrooms, and Baer’s Best dried beans! We are particularly excited about the addition of dried beans to our farm store this year as a local protein option. We are are offering only beans grown at Charlie Baer’s farm in South Berwick, Maine. This week our selection includes certified organic black turtle beans and the colorful Vermont Cranberry beans (not organic). Both types of beans are harvested fresh and hand sorted so they are of high quality and cook quickly, no soaking is needed). Cooking and storing tips are available on the Baer’s Best website here. See below for a complete list of items available for sale this week as well as detailed online ordering directions.
